Last month, I was invited to be a part of a card swap with some of the local scrapbookers here in my little town. We are going to exchange cards every other month and for the first one, we are exchanging male thank you cards. Now, if you have been following my blog, you may know that I kind of struggle with male cards because I have a tendency to put bows and flowers on a card and I really like pinks. I have known for a few weeks that I needed to complete 14 of these cards, but I could only come up with more feminine cards......I have already completed the female thank you card that we will be exchanging in a few months and I have made 14 of them and you can see it
HERE. Last week, I was looking through my
Stampin' Up! catalog for ideas and I saw this stamp set and ordered it. I knew that I could do a more masculine card with it, plus I wanted to participate in this weeks
caardvarks challenge to use Kraft cardstock and so this is what I have come up with.......
I have completed 2 of them, I just need to finish cutting out the stamped images and assemble the remaining 12 cards and I am done.
Supplies:
Cardstock, stamps, ink, ribbon, embossing powder, dimensional adhesive:
Stampin' Up!Eyelets: We R Memory Keepers
Paper Clip: KI Memories
Versa Mark ink pad
Crop-A-Dile
Paper trimmer
Heat gun
