Cold & Cuddly Card - Caardvarks Sketchfest Sunday

I saw the sketch by Heidi over at the Caardvarks blog and I wasn't exactly sure how to use it, but this card just came together for me and I am very happy with it. I used the new set in the Stampin' Up! mini catalog called Cold & Cuddly.


Supplies:
Cardstock, stamps, ribbon, ink, embossing powder: Stampin' Up!
Patterned paper: AdornIt
Rhinestones: Michaels
Other: Spellbinders Nestabilities, Cricut and A Child's Year cartridge, wire
