Hello everyone!! I have a birthday coming up in a few weeks and I would love to celebrate it with all of my wonderful followers and subscribers by giving away a Birthday Cakes Cricut cartridge.
You do not need to have a Cricut Cake to use this cartridge.....it works in all of the Cricut machines.
I love the wonderful cuts on this cartridge:
The cuts all go really well on all kinds of cards and layouts and the borders are all fabulous. Did I also mention that it has a great font on it as well? If you already have this cartridge, it would make a wonderful Christmas gift for a friend who doesn't have it.
If you would like to win this cartridge:
- Be a follower or subscriber of my blog (found on the right sidebar)
- Leave a comment below and tell me one of your favorite organization tips for your craft supplies.
- Help spread the word about my giveaway (your blog, facebook, twitter, message board, etc.) with a link to this post and then come back here and leave me another comment telling me where you posted about my giveaway.
So, you have a chance to have two entries for this giveaway. If I receive over 150 entries, I will be giving away a second prize (I will post the second prize when we reach the 150 entries) to another lucky winner. Be sure to leave me with a way to get a hold of you if you win with access to your blog and/or an email address with your comment. I will randomly draw a winner (or two) from the entries received here by 11:59 PM MST on December 4th (my birthday) and post the winner on my blog on December 5th.
*********I am extending the deadline until the evening of December 5th. I will post a winner on December 6th.****************
Thanks and good luck!!
Oh, what a great give-a-way! One of my favorite organizing tips is using the large sized elfa drawers from The Container Store. They are big enough to hold 12 by 12 paper and really sturdy. They come in different depths too that would work great for bigger items.
ReplyDeleteHappy birthday soon! :) My favorite crafting organization is the craft-in-style storage cubes. I used them to build the base of a great big desk for myself, and now everything is at my fingertips!
ReplyDeleteHow fun! WHat an awesome giveaway! Thanks for the chance to win!...my favorite way to organize is buy using the photo boxes and organizing by holidays and theme..it helps a lot when all of your Christmas stuff is in one place! :)

ReplyDeleteThanks for the chance to win--I've been a follower.
Happy early birthday! What a generous and FUN scrappy giveaway! Since I am right in the middle of purging/organizing/purging my room I have to say my favorite organization is the homemade clip it up that I have going on. I put two S hooks on opposite ends of a shelf my DH made, then got a METAL dowel rod, some book rings and there you go easy peasy and all my too big for drawers and new things can go on it!
ReplyDeleteAwesome! I am a follower.
ReplyDeleteMy Jetmax shelves help me to stay organized but I'm afraid it's mostly a losing battle.
Happy Birthday!! Organization? What's that? lol
ReplyDeleteI bought a Stanley Fat Max portable toolbox. It's huge!! It at least contains most of my stuff. And my daughter can't get in it. ha ha ha

Hi Amy, happy birthday! I am a follower and my organization tip is to keep a list of supplies that you have multiples of. I have double purchased things many times. Now I have a small book that I carry with me that I keep a list of things. i have never double bought again. An example would be Tim Holtz distress ink colors, You can forget what you have and what you need. Never again, with the list!
ReplyDeleteHave been a follower for awhile.
ReplyDeleteMy favorite organization tip is clear shoe bag (the one with lots of pockets that hangs on a door) for all the punches.
Happy early birthday.

ReplyDeleteHappy Birthday!
To organize all my crafting, scrapbooking, and stamping stuff, I love to use the semi clear storage carts. So I can see just a little bit what's in there, but keep it all uniform. The drawers allow easy access as well.
ReplyDeleteHappy Birthday and I am also a follower! I would love to win this cart. It is on my Christmas Wish List and also my sister-n-laws. I would probably give it to her as a Christmas present and hopefully she would be kind enough to let me use it. :0) My favorite organizational tip is my peg board that my hubby made me. He bought all different types of hooks and the nice thing is that everything is out in the open. Thanks so much for the chance to win!
ReplyDeleteI'm a follower .Happy Happy Birthday--I hang my punches on curtain rods. millierose651@aol.com
ReplyDeleteEarly Happy Birthday wishes to you!! Mine was this past Saturday! I'd love to win this cartridge! Thanks for the awesome giveaway! My favorite way to organize is by theme. I use alot more of my product this way.
ReplyDeleteHappy early Birthday! My favorite storage tip is to get plastic gutters at a home improvement store, nail them to your wall and use it to store your ribbon. Works perfectly! Thank you for the chance to win!

What a great giveaway. Happy Birthday to you! My favorite organizational tip is: I like to buy spice racks and put all my little brads in different jars. Also canisters for the kitchen work great for buttons and flowers. Shari (cricutrookie)

Happy early birthday! I never knew there were such great images on this cart! I definitely love the clear plastic 3 drawer thingys you can get at walmart, target, or wherever. You can hold a lot or a little depending on the size you get and you can see what's in each drawer.

Happy Birthday To you! Thanks for the chance to win this great cartridge.
ReplyDeleteHappy early birthday! I've been a follower for quite awhile. I store as much as possible in clear plastic drawer carts, Iris 12 x 12 cases or bins. It's not always the most efficient storage but it keeps everything dust and dog hair free. What a generous giveaway! Thank you for the chance to win a Birthday Cakes cart!
ReplyDeleteHappy early birthday and thanks so much for the giveaway!!!! That cartridge is so cute! My favorite organization tip is to divide my ribbon into group of the same color, and put each color in a clear jar/small container. :)
ReplyDeletethis comment doesn't count, i forgot, you can contact me on my blog :) Sorry, I don't mean to comment twice :)
ReplyDeleteThanks for a chance to win this cart
ReplyDeleteI store my scraps by color in a 12 x 12 expandable file folder. Once it starts to get full, it forces me to use those scraps to make cards or other projects.

Happy Soon To Be Birthday! My favorite organization is that I unmounted all my stamps and store them in CD cases. Then stamped all the sets for a file system in a binder so I know what I have!

ReplyDeleteThank you so much for the chance to win this cartridge.
ReplyDeleteI love using my Jet Maxx drawers to store most of my scrapbooking supplies.
In the last 1 1/2 months, we celebrated 5 birthdays at my house!! This looks like a cute cartridge...love that monkey! Thanks for the chance to win!
ReplyDeleteI have a scrapping tote bag with lots of compartments and zippers that my kids gave me for Mother's Day. Since I don't have a designated scrap room, I keep all of my 'essentials' in the tote...it's great to know they're all in one place!
Happy Early Birthday! But...aren't YOU supposed to get the gifts? LOL.. This is an awesome gift btw! Thank you for the chance to win!

ReplyDeleteThanks for the wonderful giveaway. Happy birthday on the 4th. Mine is on the 3rd of December. I also live in Utah. ReplyDeleteWonderful question ,, thanks I love tips for organizing. I am terrible at this so I really need it. My tip is label storage items (on the outside) so you know what is in each container. bettylarryatyahoodotcom

ReplyDeleteI love your 3D Christmas tree..it is just beautiful! One thing that has saved me so much time is putting all my scraps in baskets labeled with the name of the colors. So, if I need a pink scrap, I check my basket labeled pink and red. Sure cuts down on my searching time!
ReplyDeleteI'm a follower!! Happy early Birthday...My b-day is 11/21. I have an over the door pocket organizer that was my daughters' (when she was younger) to hold her small play items. I now use it to hold scrap items and since my desk is right next to the door, it is real handy.
ReplyDeleteI am already following you, love your work! My favorite organization tips are make it fun and pretty. Decorate your storage, or have whimsical piece. The more you love it the more it will motivate you to organize. Thanks! cjdempsey9 at msn dot com
ReplyDeleteHow generous! Happy Birthday! Your cards are gorgeous - I will definitely become a follower. I have some plastic containers from WM that are the perfect size for my matstacks and also for cd cases with my clear stamps in them.
ReplyDeleteWhat a great prize! Thanks for the chance to win!
ReplyDeleteMy organizational tip... I craft in my dining room so space is really at a premium. I use those Snapware containers - I have some for pens/markers, ribbon, silk flowers, buttons, ink pads, heat embossing gun/supplies, stickles/glitter. I can easily see what I have and can pull things out quickly when I'm working on a project.
Thanks for the chance to win such a nice prize. I use the Jetmax 4 shelf wooden storage units for my paper - filed by type and colors. I have a 4 drawer Jetmax storage unit that I use for the Cuttlebug folders and accessories. I use a 6 drawer plastic unit for storage of my punches and have each drawer labeled to make it easy to find the punch I need.
ReplyDeleteMy husband built a large drawer that holds two rows of Cricut cartridges--organized alphabetically, of course. This keeps my cartridges handy but dust free and I can quickly find the exact cartridge I want. This works great! If you can't have a drawer built to fit, clear pull out drawers would work just as well.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the chance to win! I love to use Priority mail boxes to store my paper.
ReplyDeleteOne of my organization tips is to get the rail spice racks from IKEA, then use the shelves to store bottles of small embellishments like brads and buttons, and border punches, and use the hanging metal bucket to store your ATG gun and scissors. Have a great birthday!
ReplyDeleteHappy Birthday to you!!!!!!!!!!!! I was already a follower and have posted your blog candy on my blog!

Happy early birthday! Thanks so much for a chance to win a prize on your birthday! How awesome is that?
ReplyDeleteI have been on an organizational kick this year. My newest tip for organization is sketches. I have printed them all out and glued them onto index cards and then put them in a recipe/index card box with dividers based on the number of pictures. It is so easy to find a sketch to start with this way! I have been getting so much more accomplished since I switched to this method.

Happy Birthday, Amy! And many, many more! You little ones are adorable! Mine are all grown and on their own, raising their families! Became a new follower today. My favorite organizational tip is use of a peg board above my craft table. It holds so much and at arms reach! That's the best part of it! At a glance I can find what I want. I also store my mats on the board as well. Thanks for the chance to win a great cartridge! Looking forward to visiting you blog again, regularly. Best wishes!
ReplyDeletethank you for the giveaway - how fun!
ReplyDeleteMy favorite tip for organizing is Ikea. I use their bathroom shelves to hold all of my carts - it's wonderful!
I don't follow many blogs(two actually) but yours is getting added to that short list! You have such a talent that I love to see what you will create next. My favorite organizer is my Longaberger basket (I forget the name, I'm sure it's retired by now) with the two levels of divided liners and the lid. I keep all my stickles, cat's eye chalk ink and little tools in here. I don't like a cluttered space so things have to be hidden and this basket makes things very neat and tidy.
ReplyDeleteHappy Birthday :) New follower here!
ReplyDeleteI am so not good with organizing, and at this point I do most of my scrapbooking out of my house because there are too many distractions, so all my stuff is in the very cute Creative Memories Daisy bags :)
Happy Birthday Amy! It's sweet of you to offer up this gorgeous cart! I've seen it with the Cricut cake (which I don't have), but I love the images. that's awesome it works with a regular Cricut. Thanks for the chance to win it :) I've posted it on my blog. Hope you stop by :)
ReplyDeleteHope you have a wonderful birthday. I just had one earlier this month and this cart would be a great late birthday present. Thanks.

Amy, I hope your birthday is marvelous. Thank you so much for offering this lovely candy to us. I have been a follower of your blog for quite a while now and love all the inspiration I get here!
ReplyDeleteI'm not the most organized person...so I am not sure if I would be the best person to ask for ideas! lol I do try to reuse in a new way old containers...such as a peanut can I got at Costco. I covered it with Tim Holtz paper and made some cute flowers to embellish it and now I use it for holding my main glues and stickles. I looks great on my scrapping table and corrals all those loose bottles. Hope that helps give you ideas. Hugs, Stacy H-W

Happy, Happy Birthday Amy Dear! I hope it is awesome! I just learned a great way to organize ribbon. You buy the picture shelves from IKEA, they have a little lip on them and come in 3 sizes and different colors, hang them on your wall for ribbon storage. I bought 3 long white shelves and they look great! Best ribbon storage ever!
ReplyDeletejpshirley@ymail.com
Thank you for this awesome give-a-way. This would be great for scraping in my daughter's book. My favorite organizing tool is a shelf that I had my brother put a dowel rod under the shelf. Now I can store all my ribbons on it and all my carts on top right above my cricut!
