Hello Friends, I want to welcome you back to day four of my guest designer week on the Peachy Keen Stamps blog. I have thoroughly enjoyed reading all of your comments.....they have given me something to SMILE about every day. What a perfect theme for my next card!! I used my Cricut and the Preserves cartridge to cut the fruit and the Dolly Dumplins 1 1/8" set which was the very first stamp set I bought from Peachy Keen Stamps.
This card measures 5 inches x 5 inches. The fruit are cut at 2 inches for the apple and orange and 2.25 inches for the pear. I stamped the faces, added some chalk and white pen accents and added them to my card with dimensional adhesive. I stitched around the card in red with my sewing machine and added an SRM Sticker sentiment above the fruit. I tied it off with a ribbon and button at the top along with some linen thread. The paper I used is from American Crafts....isn't it perfect with these cute cuts??
There was a little flower that cut with the pear image and I added it to the top of the pear along with a button and some linen thread. I love to create sketches and here is a free sketch for you that I created to go along with this card. It would be awesome to see how you use it. If you do, please leave a comment under this post with you link so I can come and see and leave you some blog love. You can also CLICK HERE to see more of my sketches.
Don't forget to leave comments for this weeks awesome giveaway - Wide Eyed Kids Face Assortment......
