Hello and welcome!! Today I get to hop along with The Craft's Meow design team as we showcase projects made with the new August Release. If you have come from The Craft's Meow blog, you are in the right place....if not, and want to join us and get started from the beginning, hop on back to The Craft's Meow blog to get started and also to check out all the new stamp sets.
I have two cards to share with you with some of this new release that is available for purchase today...WooHoo!! My first card is created with the Potted Garden, Folk Art Blooms, and Cottage Garden stamp sets......
I colored the image with my Copic markers and added some white pen accents. On the pink/coral card base, I used the flower center from the Folk Art Blooms and stamped it several times and then heat embossed on the image. The sentiment is stamped from the Cottage Garden stamp set. I tied some Strawberry bakers twine from The Twinery around my card to finish it off. Here is a closer look.....
My second card uses the Folk Art Blooms and Potted Garden stamp sets......
The floral images are stamped from the Folk Art Blooms stamp set. I inked them up and then on the stamp (before stamping the image), I added some shading with a darker colored marker and then stamped the images. I love the dimension that it gives the stamped images. The sentiment is from the Potted Garden stamp set. Here is a closer look.....
