Hello and welcome to the beginning of another awesome release with The Craft's Meow. Today we are showcasing projects on The Craft's Meow blog with the first two stamp sets called Potted Garden and Cottage Garden. First up is the card I created with Potted Garden......
I colored the tulip image with my Copic markers and then cut them out and mounted them on this oval that I cut with my Large Oval Nestabilities. I stamped the sentiment from this set onto the patterned paper above the ribbon. Here is a closer look at the tulip image....
I also added some white pen accents and mounted the image and circle with foam adhesive.
Up next is the card I created with the Cottage Garden stamp set.....
On this card, I stamped the image and then masked by cutting out a second stamped image on a post it note and mounting it on the image I wanted in the front and then stamping the other images behind it. I colored in the images with my Copic markers and also added some Frosted Lace Stickles to the dandelion images for added texture. I used my Cuttlebug to emboss the top of the card and finished it off with some stitching, ribbon, button and twine.
Hop on over to The Craft's Meow blog to check out what the other designers have created with these wonderful sets and also don't forget to leave a comment over there for a chance to win these beautiful stamp sets.
Hugs,
Amy
