If you have arrived from Patty Tanuz's blog, you are in the right spot. If you have just came up on this hop and would like to join us, hop on back to The Twinery blog to check out all the details and to get started. This is the third day of hopping, so be sure to check out the first two days, too.
Both companies are giving away some pretty fabby prizes and all you have
to do is stop by each designer’s blog and leave a comment for a chance to win.
For my card, I used the Brevilla Houses from Poppy Stamps and the Solid Honeydew and Solid Natural bakers twine from The Twinery.
I tried to make the Solid Honeydew bakers twine look like grass by adhering it to the bottom of the cardstock that the houses are on. I just used a couple of lines of strong adhesive across it and then wove the bakers twine back and forth adhering it as I went. I then took a small pair of scissors and then cut off the very bottom and snipped off the top by the houses. Here is a closer look......
Here are the prizes that are up for grabs....
A Sampler Pack of Shimmer Twine (retail value $32)
Two pack of Dies (retail value $26.50)
You will have until 11:59pm EST on Friday, August 1st to leave a comment to win. Be sure to leave your email address so that we can contact you if you are the winner. Check back at The Twinery blog on August 3rd to see if you are the winner!!
