Peachy Keen Stamps September Release Blog Hop

 I created this tall 4x9 inch card using the new September Stamp of the Month set for the balloons and the new Ballet Bear set for the Tu-Tu bear and sentiment.

 I stamped the balloons and tu-tu on cardstock and added shading with color.  The bear is also colored in with my Prisma colored pencils.  I added some bakers twine from The Twinery for the strings on the balloons.  Here is a bit of a closer image....
