A Candy Cane Christmas

Hello everyone!!  I have had quite the week and was hoping to unwind a bit with some crafting, but ended up with a bit of a stomach but instead. ::sad face::  I am glad that I do have this card that I created with some of the October release with Taylored Expressions to share with you.

 First of all, I embossed the background with the new Winter Flurry embossing folder.....I just LOVE this folder!!  I then cut out a focal point with the 3x4 Pockets and Pages dies and the new Gingerbread Lane 6x6 paper pack.  Such wonderful Christmas papers in this pack!!  Take a closer look at them.....

 I used the new Little Bits Candy Cane dies and the Woodland Winter stamp set for the sentiment.  I am loving this simple style and hope to get some more made for the upcoming season.
